Science has always answered difficult questions and has reduced our time and effort.

Modern research in Psychophysiology, Neuropsychology, and Psychopharmacology indicates that the brain’s functional capacity can be increased through specific and vigorous training. Experimental studies in Health Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, and Parapsychology, throw light on the potential capability of the human mind. It is imperative that we try and benefit from the scientific knowledge.

Models of Supra Therapy have been developed on the basis of information available from the following fields of study: Hypnosis, Blind Sight, Subliminal Perception, Metamemory Techniques, Altered States of Consciousness, Sensory Deprivation and Enrichment, Plasticity of Perception, Extrasensory Perception, and Biofeedback Techniques. Supra Therapy evokes the subconscious, tunes it, and makes it effective. Consequently, there is a reduction in “Accumulated Stress”, “conscious capture*” and “the TV viewer’s syndrome” (See Dr. Sujendra Prakash’s article ‘How to win fiends’ in Deccan Herald, February 7, 1999).

This is a therapeutic technique that brings in a necessary state of electrical activity in the brain within minutes. Consequently, the parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated and this removes accumulated stress. As a result there is a decline in stress related disorders.

The working environment of an individual or a student is more complex and demanding and is not comparable to a traditional one. Hence, each person is in a greater flex for learning and improvement. The importance provided to quality and efficiency has transformed a passive individual to an active seeker of knowledge and skill. However, the existing resources are inadequate to cater to the growing needs. All individuals require a routine update of adjustment mechanisms that can bring about optimal productivity with fewer inputs.
